Posted: 11/6/2007 4:03:17 PM | I would love to put together a night when all of us local POFers can get together and meet.
POF is great, so let's take it to the next level in a public place where you can actually meet some of the people on here in a fun, safe, and non-intimidating venue. Profiles and pics are great, but meeting someone in real life is what it's all about!
We can do any of the myriad places in Morristown or surrounding locales.
The last week of November or first week in December would give us some time to set it up and get the word out. A Monday or Tuesday night would be great in that we'd have the place largely to ourselves.
7-9 would be our official time and we could do some corny stuff like wearing something "fishy" (not in the smell sense silly, but in a pendant, ring, pin, or clothing sense--be creative) so we know who we are. Or we can go way over the top and do something overt like nametags and announcements of who we are.
