| Work out playlist Posted: 11/20/2007 8:02:16 AM | Try some high BPM dance/electronic tracks, I even listen to metal and heavy rock, sometimes I find it easier to do cardio without music; it lets me hear/time my breathing. There are a few (at least one) podcasts you can get from iTunes that are free and have roughly 1 hour long workout tracks.
Check: Icon of Coil, The Crystal Method, Junkie XL, Andy Hunter. See if you like any of their work.

Pick out all the ones you like best bearing in mind how long you want to work out. Build it up by playing the warm up ones first, building the speed (bpm) then do the slower ones for the cool down.
copy them onto disc, tape or minidisk or whatever you use... and off you go! Good Luck....

| Work out playlist Posted: 12/5/2007 4:43:02 AM | I'd reccommend nothing but '80s lol.
Songs such as "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" by Wang Chung "Point of No Return" by Expose "Invisible Touch" Genesis "If this is It" Huey Lewis and the News "Out of Touch" Hall and Oates "Things Can Only Get Better" Howard Jones "Couple Days Off" Huey Lewis and the News (1991) "Here I Go Again" Whitesnake "Photograph" Def Leppard "Kickstart My Heart" Motley Crue "Scared" Dangerous Toys "Sussudio" Phil Collins "Don't Lose My Number" Phil Collins "Jump" Van Halen "Jump for my Love" Pointer Sisters "Rock You Like a Hurricane" Scorpions "Take on Me" A-Ha Basically if the beat is kinda fast then it would be a good work out tune. Mine would be mostly '80s 0f course lol.
