Her husband becomes a servant of sorts who may watch, he may be humiliated by his spouse and her lover, or he may be forced to submit to both in order to have some sexual release, whether with her or alone with her permission.
The cuckold is not allowed to cheat so there's no danger of that occurring.

I think you need to recheck the definition there...he isn't asking to have an affair with her... In the kink world, she is the one who has other partners. He can be aware of her every action or not, he may be present or not, but he is fully consenting.
And there is such a word as cuckoldress although you may have to look a little deeper for it as the "mainstreamed kink is rather new (funny since it has been going on since the dawn of time!)
