WHAT IS IT: To help celebrate the January birthdays, this will be a gathering of POF's rootin'est, tootin'est country music lovers around to drink it up and dance their little butts off. If you are a January baby, please either post it on this thread or mail your b'date and I will ensure that it will be posted on this thread. As per usual, you can bring up to 3 guests.

Now let it be known this is not just limited to Calgarians...this is now a PROVINCE-WIDE OPEN INVITATION to anyone and everyone who wants to attend a wild night of "wreckin'" at the Roads.
After negotiations with the manager of the Country Roads Saloon, he has agreed to donate door prizes for this funtion, as well as have drink specials. To throw in a personal twist...I, Papabear, will donate a sort of grand door prize of a $200 gift certificate that will be announced at the event and normallyinsane has gotten hold of a sponsor for a 1 hour massage gift certificate for some lucky winner as well;-)
When you arrive at the Roads, just ask the bouncers where the Redneck Wrecker is and they will gladly assist you and point the way. I do have the upper section behind the DJ booth booked for us, so we are good for at least 80 patrons in that area. If there are more then we will either make the room or will be standing room only.
If you do plan to attend this event, please remember to generously tips the waitresses (they have been warned of our coming), and be courteous to the bouncers.
And a last quick reminder...GENTLEMEN: Shirts and Shoes/boots are required...
LADIES: Bras and panties are optional...

I must say you have been conspicuous by your absence, and secondly, very nice to see you back in the hunt for some fun!!
Secondly, sure glad they don't have one of those bull things there!! I can think of a belted rabbit that might possibly get hurt again is she were to attempt another display of her bull-riding prowess!!
Thirdly, as soon as it is in the events section, I am in, it's a poker night usually, but sometimes ya just gotta know when to fold em and hope ya get to hold em!! | |
