OFFICIAL website CLICK HERE!!!
401 Bloor Street East
Toronto, ON
M4W1H7
(416) 975-1867

Why?

Because events there have been a roaring success in the past.
Because the Groundhog's karaoke hosts are among the best in the GTA.
Because the smaller size of the pub allows for an intimate atmosphere, making it easier to get to know people.
Because the Groundhog LOVES PoF!!!

Parking: For those driving (please don't drink & drive!), there is paid parking available. Behind the pub. $6.00 parks you all night (be warned, the tickets fly easily there for those not displaying a parking tag)

Accommodations:

Nearby (ie: around the corner) Hotel Selby rates.

Need a Ride/Get a Ride: coming soon.

I feel bad for not mentioning this in the past, but it was brought to my attention that I should point out that the Groundhog is not wheelchair-friendly. The restrooms are located on the lower floor, making it difficult to access them.

Hopefully it's as great as it was last year. Packed to the gills and full of fun and friendly people.

I'm looking forward to it, that's for sure!

Hey, Gannon? Can you shoot me a quick email, please? I tried to contact you with a question, but it looks like you're not accepting messages from someone my age or gender. Hmph, lol

All are welcome, this is not a "gay" or "straight" event. I met my current ladyfriend at a Groundhog event over the summer, so I can safley say that the atmosphere works regardless of what the ratio of men to women is.

Is there a dance floor, or is it just karaoke?

At the last NYE event, the staff moved the pool table out of the way to make a small dane floor.

Not to be pushy.. but how soon is the hotel info coming?

It might be preventing some people from definitely coming.. or signing up for that matter.

Okay, we were unable to secure a PoF rate at the Selby this time out, but I edited the opening post to include the Selby's reservations page.

This may be a little late.. But due to circumstances I'm looking to hitch a ride downtown to GH. Is anybody coming in from or passing by Brampton on there way to the event?
