Hey man, The key before exercise is to limber up and stretch out the muscles that you will be using...This may be news to some POF women that I've dated but sex is exercise! You should just simply stretch your glutes if you are planning on thrusting the little guy into the depths of glory. This used to happen to me when I was younger.
They always bail out to the bathroom right before. You should follow that lead and go stretch out a little. Drink a little wine to relax your muscles. If you feel a cramp coming STOP! The muscle groups you are using are warning you. From there you can withdraw from contact and walk it off, she will understand and respect that pulling a hamstring can seriously impede your sex life for WEEKS. It's better to interupt the romantic moment than to have a limp for about 4 weeks. Be careful and remember to practice safe sex. | |

1) Stretch
2) Carb up. Power bars are ideal.
3) Get wired on caffiene. Red Bull gives you more than wings. It also gives you an animalistic urge to tackle wild gazelles, and the endurance of a bull!
4) When in doubt, Icy Hot it out. Those patches come in so much handy, it's like a pocket massage.
5) Don't do pretzel positions until you are warmed up.
6) Take gradual strides if you feel your body knotting. Sometimes, going slow doesn't really mean you're afraid you're going to pop. And besides, if you drink your red bull, you won't even pop! | |

Thinking to myself this is awesome sex......unbelievable!!!!
When we eventually finished she told me she had a cramp! She didnt want to stop the sex part because that was good between the cramp spasums.
Sad part was I was thinking it was all me! Was in the belief it was one of those ultra performances!!!!

Btw, for a short cut solution besides stretching or massage ; eat a banana as the potassium (lack thereof) in your muscle is what causes it.. works like a charm.. | |

I just have them often, sex or not, and it's from the thigh, through the calves and down to the foot, hurts like a m*****er f?%/$"&! The trick really is to hydrate properly and take it easy once you start off. If it happens, though, try to be creative about it, try to find a position that stretches your leg (or whatever ails) while keeping your partner happy. Explaining the issue can help but don't make too big a case out of it or it might kill the mood. | |
