Im 39 years old and I tell you... women discuss womens business with women a sh!tload more than with men...and Ive NEVER had a conversation with a woman about anything like that, let alone a man (frankly because I wouldnt).
The only way thats gonna come up in casual conversation is if you guide the topic in that direction, which is precisely why ur guiding this thread in the same way.

I'm guessing that's when a new pledge would have to steal women's underwear or something. This sort of thing probably doesn't happen as often anymore since such activities might constitute sexual harrassment these days and cause trouble, but it sounds like it might have been commonplace 30-40 years ago (during the 1960s and 1970s).
Heck, mention fraternities and literally sophomoric pranks like that springs to mind. 
I guess those hormone-crazed frat brothers are attracted to female pheromones left on their intimate apparel or something. | |

 ....Yunno, a pair of 'clean' panties with their perfume on em stuffed in your pocket to sneak a whiff of once in a while during a hard days work to me is good stuff. That scent, image association is kick ass, I mean maybe there should be a time limit on how long their wearin em or something or whats going on in em at the time, but uh...man a pair of f*cked up ones is kinda.......wierd.
