1) Don't want hubby know they are on here, when he is also looking. LOL
2) She could be very good looking, (we all know the very attrative ladies have a lot of people putting them on thier fav list). Getting tons of emails, saying Hi. want to get together?
3) They would like the person read thier profile, and not just send an email because of thier picture.
I thought this thread was going to be deleted?

Besides, if I'm that hideous to look at, why subject innocent people to that sight?
Everyone who knows me knows what I look like and those that don't, don't need to.
I think it's hilarious to receive these emails that are obviously cut and pasted to every woman on the site. If you reply, then you get read, deleted or a polite... I'm looking for something different. I laugh cause my profile says BBW.. which can't be more obvious.
I think people don't read profiles but judge all books by their covers which is lame..

Posted: 12/17/2007 9:34:48 AM | I think it's fine to not have a pic on your profile some do it for privacy issues but what bothers me is when they won't show a pic at all. Fine if you don't want one on your profile but if your interested in getting to know someone I would like to see a pic of them after all it's only fair they have seen one of me. If they don't send me one I tend to be suspicious as to why they won't.

and SAYS.... "oh but we don't want to look through 10 pages of an OLD thread, we WANT the NEW, LATEST opinions ON a redundant subject" why?! CUZ WE'RE LAZY.
FCUK, who cares if there isn't a pic, this is NOT only a dating site, you can look for activity partners, talk/email, long term, dating.... GET over yourserlf, and SUIT yourself. As its been SAID, if there is NO pic, you know what, YOU have the choice about responding OR NOT.
Honestly, not everyone is comfortable with admitting they're even ON a dating site... so why would they have a picture up?
Now, what about having a pic up that ISN'T them or is 10 yrs OLD or from when they were good looking/skinny/tall....ect... shoot, I better shuddup, THAT thread has been done too.

It's everyone's perogative to not show a picture. This isn't only for dating and maybe they're not actively looking and for the time being, are sick of all this.
