Posted: 12/27/2007 7:44:56 AM | Just saw the Marie Claire cover with Christina Aguilera (sp) on the cover sporting her big belly. I am not normally a Christina fan. I don't think she's THAT attractive normally, but I just LOVE a pregnant belly. I think it can be oober-sexy as long as the lady doesn't gain too much fat-weight.
So, I'm posing the question to the ladies, as well as the men--- Are pregnant women attractive/sexy? Is it a particular turn on for you guys or am I just weird? | |

Posted: 12/27/2007 8:14:14 AM | On a slight tangent, biologically speaking a woman *does* get prettier when she's pregnant. The changes in hormone levels cause her hair to be shinier, lips redder, lighter complexion, smoother skin, etc. As well as bigger breasts obviously :)
The theory goes that it's an evolutionary pattern triggered to help keep the father around when the woman is at her most helpless and in need of assistance. | |

I was fortunate to be with a man that found me just as sexually appealing pregnant with our children as when I wasn't. It was something I will always cherish about him.
I know of one man that as soon as his wife became pregnant, there was a mental shift that she was not appealing anymore and there was no sex until after the baby was born. That made me sad for her. | |

I have a question or two for the guys who think pregnant women are sexy:
1. Have you always found pregnant women sexy?

2. Did you start to find them sexy after having a child of your own?
Because to me, being 25 and thankfully still childless, I have no sexual attraction towards a pregnant woman just on the premise that she's pregnant. Now if it's someone like Christina Aguillera who is gorgeous to begin with, then I'm still going to be attracted to her even if she is pregnant.
I think however that my mind will change once I find someone I want to be with and we have kids together, I'm sure I'll find her just as sexy with child as without. I think the whole child bearing ordeal is very intimate for a couple and can really enhance a relationship. I just hope I don't have that experience for at least 5 more years lol!
Then of course there's the kink fetish for pregnant women, that I will never understand. A woman would never turn my head just because she's pregnant. | |

Nearly all of the women that I've talked to that have been pregnant say that they were extra horny while pregnant. I think part of the attraction is that they exude that extra sexuality. Not to mention the extra curves.
But I see your side of it too. I would think that IF I ever have a child that her carrying my child would make her more sexy to me, also. | |
