She said, "no way he's too hot to be single, beard or not" I say beards are a good indicator of whether a man is having an onging sexual relationship, she said no. Guys who's right? | |

There seriously are jobs where you're not allowed to have a beard even if its well groomed? That must suck alot.

Well, except for my uncle whose first wife forced him to have a beard for the first 18 years of marriage. He had a "baby face" and looks younger than he is when clean shaven. for their 19th anniversary she had him shave and he looked like he was 30 yet he was in his mid 40's.
Many reasons for facial hair. When I get tired of dealing woth women who think I'm 24-26 I grow facial hair and I do get some women closer to my age interested. it's all a matter of preference. | |

Indeed there are. Places where there is a potential for toxic vapours to be present. Oxygen masks and/or respirators will not make a proper seal around your mouth if you're not clean shaven. Some goatees are still passable (if well groomed), but beards just don't work.
That must suck alot.
It does if you don't like being paid $25/hr and up.
But indeed... shaving, or lack there of, makes no difference when it comes to determining whether someone is single or not. A beard is a Hutterite's version of a wedding ring, so I hope you haven't been to any colonies lately. | |

It sounds like it is your preference for a guy to be stubble-less. Everyone has their preferences, I have met more than a few women who just love stubble. I grow facial hair at an exponential rate so I am thankful of this preference. | |

OP, have you never heard of or experienced a "mustache ride?"  Darlin', you don't KNOW what you're missing!! 
I actually think that a bit of stubble is VERY sexy and really like guys with goatees and beards as long as they are kept clean and tidy. Besides, the sensation of stubble (prickly = exquisite torture) or a beard is a delightful contrast between a womans' softer, hair-free areas. My ex-hubby and ex-bf both had beards and I loved to feel them rubbing their faces against my neck, chest or.....sliding their way even further down. The also tended to stay "down there" a bit longer since the hair was mopping up some of the moisture - they didn't feel like they were drowning quite so much.
After being with bearded men it's a totally different sensation of a freshly shaven cheek rubbing against my own. (sigh)  | |

Thats like saying that a girls skirt length is an indicator of how many sexual partners she has or if she bonks on the first date.
And it's possble for a guy to be too hot to be single for sure.
But it's also possibly for an untra hot guy to be too hot to be married. Look at half the sporting or rock stars.
The only thing I've seen a beard indicate is age. More older men have them. | |
