I've never done the one night stand thing, and I can assure you, theres nothing wrong with my sex drive..I'm not that hard up that I would just pick some random stranger I'm never going to see again.

No Thanks,we have enough of our own with out importing any more but you are more than welcome to send back any of ours if they cause problems.We are "big people" down here and have new ways to help keep our strays on a more even keel.

Posted: 1/2/2008 9:30:20 AM | It's not that i consider most coutnries to be average but american women to be easy....it's that i consider most countries to average and most ontario women to be prudes (but not all ontario women, a few cities they are confident-and in provinces of canada like newfoundland they are not prudes there either).
I've travelled a lot, and any guy that honestly says there is no difference either has poor percetpion skills or is lying.
When someone never has sex early on when meeting someone, it is a result of insecurity: Because there are two cases: 1)The gal wants to have sex but worried what people will think....so that's insecurity. 2)The gal wants only a relationship, and believes she's more likely to have a relationship if she doesn't sleep with the guy earlier on. That may be true in most cases. But that still implies inscurity, because having such a strong need for a relationship itself, and never treating your phsyical needs, implies emotional insecurity because it means the person needs someone to comfort them so much and that they can't handle the emotional aspect that comes with sex. | |

Wrong, its all how you do it, if you use your home for equity as an investment then you can write off the interest on the house.
Secondly on the Ontario tax credit form there is a part where you can receive a tax credit towards property taxes. | |

Anyway, an investment gain is taxed too, as a capital gain.
And property taxes are not nearly as high as mortgage interest. | |
