| Red Deer....Any Weekly Get Togethers?
Posted: 1/6/2008 3:38:07 PM | Hello fellow fisher people. Is ther any place in town where there is a weekly get together? If not...let's start one. Anyone have suggestions? I'm new to town so I'm trying to get a handle on what's going on

| Red Deer....Any Weekly Get Togethers?

Kitty corner to The Bay (Bower Mall). West side of Gaetz Ave, near an intersection. It's pretty much situated in the middle of a strip mall. Green sign, yellow backing with red letters. If you go on a wednesday, parking becomes very hard to obtain by about 6:45pm. I usually wind up parking either behind the building, on the side of the strip mall, or along the service road in front of the place. Some people even park in the One Stop registry place located south of the strip mall and east of Future Shop.
Not sure if anyone is going there this week, but I'm game. I haven't been out on a wednesday night in ages. | |

But up untill 1988, I was a damn good team roper (healer)..and did a little bulldoging. and got kicked in the mouth the first time that I tried bull riding. was full time cowboy till I lost my wife of 24 years to just an ol biker in a city feeding my iron horse. but you can bet I will be there, I will be on the south east side of the ring, near the end and about 3 rows up.. | |

It's my long weekend (two per month for me) so I usually let things fall in to place. Sometimes I go to The Vat on sunday nights. | |
