| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/6/2008 8:22:22 PM | | are you willing to kiss before finding your "prince." I really am curious. I mean, is there a cut-off where most women say "enough is enough" or what? Or do all women just have a different tolerance level? | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 5:02:42 AM | | Some women will marry a toad that never turns into a prince. Everyone is different. | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 5:49:18 AM | | After every frog I say "never again". I give it a while, then find myself out looking for the next frog. | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 6:40:06 AM | | I'll kiss a few until they leave a bad taste in my mouth, then I'll brush my teeth, gargle and kiss a few more. | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 10:05:01 AM | Back in the pond! Here we go. I kiss men I like - I'm not sure I would call ALL men frogs. Don't believe in princes, sorry. Been kissed by a couple of toads, and tongues shoved down my throat! YUCK!!!!!
I think women go on a "man ban" for a while. Hang out with our girlfriends, watch movies and just say I'm not dating. Then after while we feel it is time to see if that right one is out there.
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 10:09:38 AM | I don't believe in princes, but I have kissed more than my share of frogs!
I cycle through--sometimes, and sometimes for years, I have been content not being in any relationship. Then I pine for a relationship (and always get one when I'm ready fro one), then I pine for alone time and being OUT of a relationship!
I guess since I don't believe in "happily ever after"--it always seemed to me that the fairy tale ended right when the hard work of a REAl relationship began.

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 10:30:42 AM | I'm not an active looker, I never was after I graduated high school (and before that doesn't count), so to me the whole frog/prince thing doesn't really apply. If I find someone I like, I hang out with them and wherever it goes it goes. Most of the guys I dated were pure accidents...
I could bump into someone tomorrow that turns serious or be single for life, i'll be pretty happy either way.
Some of the guys my friends think are princes I see as frogs, and vice versa...but that's another thread.

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 12:09:18 PM | | The older I get, the more I avoid kissing frogs. A frog is a frog and he doesn`t get better and he doesn`t turn into a prince. I`ve been looking fro my "prince" all of my life, and will continue to live and keep my eyes open for him. No frog partner for me! | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 2:02:47 PM | I think you posted this last night, but I will answer your question again.
When I am meant to meet someone,I will meet them.
So in the mean time, bring on the frogs.lol
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 2:27:39 PM | | The only way to find a prince is to stop kissing frogs. | |
|
| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 5:21:20 PM | | So..what does that mean..you'll start kissing princes?...watch out if you do they might turn into a frog....lolol | |

That was stupid.. but kinda funny. LOL
I have got a ten foot personal space bubble around me. It takes a lot to impress me enough for a kiss.

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/7/2008 8:13:30 PM | I don't kiss many anymore. Given a choice, however, I find toads are much cuter than frogs. Frogs are a bit boney for my taste.
Toads make a neato little noise when you catch them. Their fat little guts and thighs... and those little hands grasping at the air while they try to kick you to get away... Nostrils twitching, eyes collapsing into their skulls in fear as you gently stroke their heads. And the sight of sun glinting off of their lightly moistened skin.
I swear, there is nothing like the sound of a toad squeaking in your ear — totally adorable.
It is easy to forgive them for losing their water in your hand.
Given a choice, I would have kissed the last one I caught if it would get me out of the pond for good.

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/8/2008 12:48:09 AM | | I've come to view all men as std infectors and cheaters - toads and their warts are looking a lot healthier option by now. Yeah, 2 deadbeat std sharers are enough - I'm taking a pass before Mr 3 thinks he would like to share Hep C or Aids. Dammn I feel like spraying the air with Glen 20 just walking past someone who looks my way by now, sure am reluctant to shake hands with the little germies either. Where's the Dettol. | |

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/8/2008 12:27:14 PM | You know I can name the Men that turned out to be Frogs on one hand. That was usually because I didn't listen to my heart and mind.. I ignored the warning signs.. I have kissed a few men. They or I weren't keepers, But truthfully I have great taste in men. Since I also consider myself to be a great catch.. I am hoping that neither one of us walk away with the idea we were sucking face to a frog...
I also don't speak badly about EX's since at one time, They were pretty awesome, they had to be I chose them.

Well....
One good thing about frogs?
Their legs are yummy. To hell with kissing them. Just eat the little fuggers.

That more like it? | |

| So how many frogs... Posted: 1/8/2008 1:44:06 PM | | As with most of us, our desire to continue kissing frogs is dependent upon our hormonal state. Some days I think I'll be willing to smooth with all the frogs to find that one special guy, and other days, I feel like there's no reason to kiss even one more--Mr. Wonderful's just not out there! | |

| so how many frogs... Posted: 1/8/2008 4:38:38 PM | Eh, I wouldn't kiss a "toad" - there has to be real attraction for me to want to get close to a guy. But I'm one of those people that wants to really get to know someone before we get to a date. If I find I've been mistaken and he really is no good? Away he goes. I'll wait as long as I have to for the right one. | |

Don't frogs have reaaallly long tongues? Maybe that's why we keep kissing them!
