| IDAHO IS A WONDERFUL STATE Posted: 1/12/2008 11:53:52 AM | I have lived in many states through my life. I am a senior. I am moving back to Idaho because: wonderful changing seasons, no pollution, many beautiful outdoor things to enjoy in nature, air is clean, you can live rural but yet close to the necessary shopping, restaurants etc, people are more polite and friendly. This state has a lot to offer if you enjoy more peaceful existence. Jobs are not abundant with high pay, but you can afford to live here in many areas where it is affordable. The Coeur d'Alene area is beautiful with the nice lake and other lakes in Hayden and Hauser not far away. Being able to see the mountains around you and the many trees is a joy to view daily. I have lived in Calif, with traffic smog and ridiculous prices for housing along with earthquake problems. I have lived in the south and believe me the humidity will kill you literally along with tornadoes. The southern hospitality I never did see much of that. Back east is nice in warm weather but winters are severe. Midwest again the tornadoes and flooding. So northern Idaho is the best choice for weather air quality and more peace in your life. | |

| IDAHO IS A WONDERFUL STATE Posted: 8/6/2008 9:36:14 AM | In the wake of Hurricane Katrina's devastation, some Americans--particularly Gulf Coast residents--may be wondering whether there are places in the U.S. that are safe from such natural disasters.
1. Honolulu, Hawaii,
2. Boise, Idaho
Now I live on the other side of the state My opinion is
Idaho is a great place to live and raise a family
