Posted: 1/15/2008 2:48:42 AM | It should be noted that a Firegirl pre-meet has my official TCPL-stamp-of-approval. It's a great way for newbies to meet in a less pressured setting (hanging out in a kitchen is one of the best parties anyway, from my experience)(fock it, I'm building a bar that is ALL KITCHEN!!!!) and when you hit the big show (or as Ryan would say, the sh!t show.. lol), you'll know some people and won't feel so left out. Sometimes a person feels left out at the bigger meets simply because they are overwhelmed by strangers. It's kinda natural for some, and that's fine.
So you'll want to contact Firegirl about the pre-meets. If she hits capacity, we might have a pre-meet at more than one place (like in the past, we've had some at my place, and I have enough room for ample ppl too). | |
