Posted: 1/15/2008 6:41:20 AM | Hey all, it's been a while since the last event and no one else has planned one... so I'm dragging my butt out of retirement and throwing another POF party!
It'll be the new and improved version, as I'm taking on a co-host (and not just because she threatened me I swear). It's krymzynstarr, also known as the Amazing Stepharoni!
It's going to be held at the Bella Vista starting at 9:30 (do I really need to put in the pm?) on February 23rd. If anyone has any questions about choice of venue or details that can't be covered on the rest of the thread please contact me (brandiw) or krymzynstarr.
I'm still trying to work out a couple of details (and a possible surprise) so keep visiting the thread for updates. The minute I know, you'll all know :D
As usual, I'll be asking for help with meeting/greeting and picture taking so if you'd like to volunteer I'd like to hear from you!
BTW, everyone, the invite in the inboxes only goes out to a certain area around St. John's because of the way the system is set up so if you know of any POF'ers from out around the bay who might like to attend please let them know. We're giving them plenty of time to make arrangements and I'll start a thread in the main forum for those who might like to carpool.

P.S. We forgot to mention that this gathering was for ages 19+, thanks larwilliams2 for the reminder.

I will not put myself up as attending for sure yet as we all know things can change in the blink of a eye but as far as I know, I will try to make it :) | |

It just so happens that the only person who's hosted a party so far has been brandiw. And she lives in St. John's, so this is why it's always been held there so far. | |

the wonderful thing is that at the partys, we cat actually talk to people and never knows . . . profiles have a way of very little :)
Exactly Snow... that's why I started hosting in the first place. :)
Twilight, you should stop by even if you don't stay the whole night. I know for a fact there were more than a few WSW at the last event, and most of them told me that they didn't even sign up beforehand.

I've been on POF that long now, I think it's a must
I'm like a piece of furniture just gathering some dust
I'm still here and I'm still single...yes Brandiw I know
But I'm beginning to think it's the best way to go!

But Dang Nab it! Some of em' just keep us "femmy" fishys in great suspence
As for the 23rd of February...I so hope I can go
But ya knows what the weathers' like with all this @#*&ing snow
It's a little ways away...and God only knows where I'll be too
If not busy, I'll be taking part in the "get together" with you
And well...I could have hosted one of em' meself....or gave it a shot
But you done such a wonderful job before and we all miss you alot!
