Posted: 1/21/2008 7:51:33 AM | | well the matchup is set with the two remaining teams in football. two weeks of hype and speculation. the giants will once again be the underdogs going against the perfect team. this is going to be a crazy game with so much riding on it. if the giants can pull it out i think it would be the biggest upset in superbowl history. so lets hear some predictions. i say the giants win 23-27. whats your opinion? | |

last game of season vs : NY Giants
NE had all to lose and NY not apparently much to gain-
It was a tough game and till the end could have gone either way-
Jacksonville played them well
and I think in many ways SD outplayed the PATS
except on the scoreboard ,,, Chargers scored FOUR time NE only Three
just FG vs: TD
Jacks and SD showed that the PATS are not gods and well
a rematch against the GIANTS will not eb a walk in the park !
Underdog in three games
on the road for all those games --
and BEAT three division winners onto the big game--
Do not count NY GIANTS out -
my choice is NY ----

I do not have a crystal ball like you do.
But I will say The Giants have proved to many that they can beat any team in the NFL.
They can beat the Packers in sub zero weather at home
Beat Dallas after losing two regular season games at home even with TO
Beat Garcia and the Tampa Bay at home.
Won ten straight away games .......never done ........ever in the NFL
They faced not only the teams on the field but also all the critics off the field with there Sport evaluations on how the Giants would not even make the first round in the playoffs
Have not the underdog Giants heard all the news that they can not beat anybody good and that they just have an over rated brother of a real quarterback? We forget it took 4 years for Peyton to get in the Superbowl but it took his brother only 3 years!
In football many have realized that when you are hot you win. As the Giants are hot
Lets go back and remember the only game with the Pats this season. Some will say a win is a win and that's all. Some will say we beat them already this year. So we will do it again. But look at the facts so did Dallas and Green Bay
And the game when the Giants Played the Pats we where winning for awhile by 12 points and I am sure all Pats fans where at the edge of there seats.
The Giants are better than there first two losses of the season and better than there last lost in regular season. You all must admit we gave New England the best fight they had all year 38 to 35. It could have gone either way. But Brady did not make mistakes and now look lately. In SD did he not throw 3 interceptions? He is starting to decline in his status as a Football God. Winning the Superbowl for them will not be easy and the New York Giants Do not lay down and die for anybody!
Giants 38 Pats 35 in Superbowl XLII Rematch!!!! Best game in History I am sure it will be! | |

No team in all 18 games that the Pats won. Even game close to the Giants 35 points scored off the the Pats Defense
