I just wanted to know what are the reasons someone can get blocked from sending a message to someone?... ( if they never sent a previous message)I know some one can be blocked if they "once upon a time"..where searching for a intimate incounter, which i don't argee with because if someone was looking for that a year ago that doesn't mean their STILL looking for that now.

http://forums.plentyoffish.com/datingPosts5269823.aspx A link from the FAQ about the IE filter. Read it and pay particular attention to the moderators' posts. FYI it's not a block it's a filter. While they work the same (not allowing an email contact) someone can only block you if you've actually sent a message. A filter doesn't allow a message to go through. Messaging restrictions work the same way. For future reference, the pinned thread at the top of this forum in bold and red letters...FAQs is a wealth of info on all topics. Also thread search, on the forums home page, the blank box in the upper right. Type in key words, hit search and waalaa. All the pertinent threads about the topic appear for you to peruse. And they both...all WORK! Quite seamlessly! Ehh...trappped...great minds...haha. OP, trapped IS a moderator and what he's referring to is what I had pointed out...all you want to know is there.
