okay I yield, you are more than likely right. Just the only time i have had a pierced tongue on the Ol' John Thomas it was outstanding.
However I will take up any woman's challenge, to see if without can be as good as with.
I can do pushups with my tongue, so I would not want to risk damaging it with jewelry.. gals got a fence you need painted?  | |

Let's just say the person with the piercing is chomping on ice or a slushy, then goes down on you, that ball is very cold and works on your hotspots...if done correctly it could be one of the hottest things.
I have had a few toys (men) with pierced tongues and taught them how to use them..they are so glad I did.
