Any good recipes for it ??? I threw one together last night and it came out pretty good seeing I had no chili powder or cumin.... HA HA

I had some pork rubs and southwest seasoning...... and a few different hot sauces

This one is good and easy.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
1 (4 ounce) green chilis for mild
1 tablepoon ground cumin
1 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 (15 ounce) cans white beans

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Slowly cook and stir the onion until tender. Mix in the garlic, jalapeno, green chile peppers, and cumin. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until tender, about 5 minutes. Mix in the chicken broth, chicken and white beans. Simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the mixture from heat. Serve warm with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.
