| Can't post. Why? Posted: 1/29/2008 3:04:58 PM | Hi. I can't respond to posts, though I can create new posts. I haven't had problems in the past, but today when I try to post I get the login info. When I log in again, I still can't post. Are there tech problems affecting the forums? Or have I been banned without knowing it? (I try to follow the rules.)
Thanks.

I followed your advice but had no luck. A tech savvy friend suggested changing browsers, and that did the trick.
Joy! I can post again!
I'm posting this in the hopes it will be helpful to others with posting problems.
I'd tell you the name of my tech genius friend, but then he'd have to kill me! | |

Nevertheless, Internet Options also apply to your Firefox Browser, so make sure the Settings are correct.
Doesn't take much of a Genius to see Internet Explorer is a Malware-Hive. The User Agent tells it all.

Thanks again. It's great to be re-connected with the forums.

| Can't post. Why? Posted: 5/7/2008 12:44:39 AM | | Hi, I have a similar problem and was able to post new threads before, but now I can only post to already made threads. I'm guessing I may have been banned, but don't know it, since it was working before, but if I haven't then perhaps I can try what you suggested to the other user. | |
