I was wondering if any of you perchance owned a book titled "The World Atlas of Cheese" It's a big ol book, by Paddington Press. I ask just out of curiosity.
Also perhaps we might make a cheese review/recipe thread out of this. I make a good blue cheese dip/spread with a pack of cream cheese, about 8 ounces of blue cheese, and a few cloves of roasted garlic and some italian seasoning. It's hard to find someone to date that *likes* blue cheese though, tolerance is one thing--liking another all together. | |
