| easy wings! Posted: 2/3/2008 11:27:18 AM | Im making some of these as i type (yes its possible they are marinating!) you need: chicken wings Louisiana Hot Sauce (or Tabsco, whatever you prefer) Flour (season it how you like, salt, pepper and Cajun seasonings for me) Oil
Place your trimmed wings in a container/bag apply a generous amount of hot sauce, stir and let sit (on the fly a couple hours is fine) overnight is best but you can always add more hot sauce at the end if they are lacking.. heat you oil place wings directly in flour mix shake off a bit and fry.
Serve with Ranch (Blue Cheese for some) and sticks of carrots and celery
(For 9 buxx & some change I'm making 40 wings, compared to 5.99 for a dozen at the bar!)
