| Riu Palace Los Cabos in March Posted: 2/5/2008 9:38:45 AM | Friends went and loved it. I've been to other Riu's and highly recommend them. Rooms are spacious, mini frig with pop, beer, and full liquor bottles on dispensers, ice machines close by. Past experience in Mexico - drinking in public (i.e. on beaches) is frowned upon, you can be arrested. The resort may have a portion of beach set aside for guests with palapas, chairs, etc. where drinking is allowed (that is the norm). Have you checked out the hotel chain's website? For traveller reviews, check out www.tripadvisor.com, and/or debbiescarribeanresortreviews.com.
Since you're going to an all inclusive, they usually have an on-site disco that includes your drinks....why spend cab fare and $$ on booze you've already paid for in your vacation package? Easier to have a good time when you only have to walk to your room

| Riu Palace Los Cabos in March Posted: 9/3/2009 7:23:40 AM | The Hotel has a free shuttle into Town . The waves are too rough to swim at the hotel - well you can its just the first 5 feet that kill you. The waves break real Ruff - It looked like a mile walk to cabo Downtown along the beach. I went to Giggling Marlin Cabo Wabo and did a side trip to San Jose Del Cabo | |
