| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:11:08 AM | | What the heck do you say if a woman asks you to guess her age?? I usually just laugh and say she doesn't look a day over 18. I don't know what I'd do if a women insisted that I take a serious guess. Just turn tail and run? | |

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:18:27 AM | | I would have to guess she is proud of the way she looks and thinks she looks younger than her actual age. So just complement her and try to avoid saying a number which could get you into trouble. Thank goodness for hair dye! | |

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:19:46 AM | I've always thought that question is like playing with fire and refuse to play this game. If one hears the wrong answer, I'm sure that it can have nasty repercussions. Safe answer OP. | |

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:19:48 AM | Unless she is 20 I always guess ten years younger than I think. It may be right. But if not, she's complimented by the error. :-) | |

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:20:24 AM | Tell her she doesn't look a day over 87.
Do you ask her age and then she tells you to guess or does she just randomly ask you to guess her age?
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:21:05 AM | | Has anyone besides me noticed how some women report ages much lower than their actual ages in the narrative portion of their profile, not realizing their age in the box above it is calculated on the birthdate they list on their application? | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:21:59 AM | I always guess younger if I'm trying to get a relationship with her; but I guess older if I'm trying to get rid of her. | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 11:43:05 AM | Give it to her with both barrels! I would never ask someone to guess my age, and I recently got carded - ME! I'm 43! No - I don't need someone guessing a high number...no thanks:) | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 12:07:58 PM | make a joke out of it, if you try to guess seriously you could be in trouble :)

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 12:22:53 PM | think of a number then deduct 8-10 years ! that way you can't go far wrong (unless she's had a very hard life!) | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 12:25:42 PM | | ^^^^ what mad said. Take what she LOOKS like and subtract 10 years. Can never go wrong if ya do it that way ~ Cher ~ | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 12:25:48 PM | | Tell the person, "what is the difference?, does it really matter? Why do you want me to guess? ect. ect. ect. | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 12:41:54 PM | I have an idea! Why don't you tell her what you really think? If we all were honest, perhaps we wouldn't have so many deluded peeps on this site thinking they all look decades younger than they are, and attempting to act on that delusion.

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 1:55:54 PM | After goofing up too many times ( tried the subtracting numbers) I avoid that one!!!! I can't tell ages anymore! ANYway, that's like asking..."Do I look fat???" Nope... if I were a guy? Would NOT touch THAT one...I'd play deaf...and dumb. | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 1:59:32 PM | i've never asked a guy 'what age do you think i am'?
They normally ask me how old i am, then when i tell them, they don't believe me so i don't really win lol
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 2:01:44 PM | I once had someone i worked with, thought he was gods gift to women, married man you might know.

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 2:19:49 PM | if such a question is raised then you need not bother for you are with the wrong person | |
|
| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/8/2008 2:59:49 PM | This is like asking if a certain dress makes her look fat, or do you think I am getting fat, etc........
If a woman asks me to guess her age, I usually guess at least 10 years older then I truly think, to let her know how stupid that question is, and to get a special rise out of her much older sedate body........
I have been at some bars and local clubs where some very attractive younger women might be, and show some interest in this older man, and the conversation does from time to time pass by the age thing, and I have won more shots betting and winning then I ever care to mention.
Sometimes I wonder if this is a good or bad thing......to have women think one is much younger then you truly are, or that you are that much older in the first place......
Just my opinion...... | |

| Guessing a woman's age Posted: 2/9/2008 8:24:31 AM | It is a crappy thing to do to someone because unless you "guess" years younger than she really is, she is likely not going to be pleased with your answer, essentially setting you up to fail.
I would tell her I am not good at guessing ages and if she pressed, well either high or low depending on how much she is starting to tick you off. Or you could go for really reversing what she is doing to you and telling her that if you do, she has to guess how big your wanker is, that would probably shut her up.
Up until my mid twenties I looked five to ten years older, which was cool, then about 30 I started looking younger. On a good day I still do so the age thing works well for me but I would never put a man or woman on the spot and tell them to guess my age.
