| Desert Crepe (sugar free) Posted: 2/11/2008 7:40:15 PM | I was watching Jamie Oliver on tv and it reminded me of a sweet I used to love to make.
1 egg 2 packets splenda splash of water sugar free preserves (I used apricot)
Heat a small skillet over medium heat and wipe it down with oil. Thoroughly whisk 1 egg, add in splenda and a splash of water to thin it out. Pour a thin layer of the egg into the pan, moving it around to completely coat. It should cook within a minute. Once it is firm remove it from the pan and top it with a tablespoon of preserves.
Its a very quick and satisfying treat when I'm in the mood for something sweet. | |
