SUNDAY 6th April 2008
Time 10:00 am
MEET - Shell Servo Robina , (service road off the freeway Exit 79)
We will go to Springbrook for morning tea/coffee and look at the waterfalls , then on to the Fudge shop , before heading to a 1:00pm lunch at the Eagle Hights Hotel , via Beechmont , Canungra and Mt Tamborine.
After lunch you can head home or we can go for a swim somewhere nearby so bring your swimmers.
Cars , bikes , drivers , riders passengers and pillions all welcome.

Please bear in mind IT IS MY BIRTHDAY..... therefore,please bring a present, and if unable, then money will do instead...................... 
Am more than happy to take a pillion ( as before ) and know this area extremely well as I live there...............................

All the Info you need for now is in the first post at the top. The where when and how.
There are guidelines for events on the site here somewhere , but for this ride ,
Be respectful to others , dont drink and drive/ride , meet the gang , chat and above all ENJOY.
There will be more from me later , and on the morning of the ride at the meet point.

Posted: 2/26/2008 2:53:10 AM | I guess all welcome , but the aim is for POF users to meet like minded POF people. It is a dating site. However this is a social event , the only thing that worries me is management of a big group on the road. We will see how it goes. Yes its about the ride , but its also about singles meeting singles , safely and socially. Having said that , as I said before , all welcome. If we were riding down the road and some other bikes chose to join us they would be welcome , so long as there was respect between road users.

Posted: 2/26/2008 11:32:57 PM | Cakes669 , its all good , your folks are welcome , just didnt want them to think this was like a club ride , its a social singles thing and they may feel a little on the outer. People asking all the singles questions and stuff. They are more than welcome. I am in several internet ride forums and havent invited any of them incase the ride would become too big and people would get lost and time would become an issue , just from experience of other big rides. Anyway that all said and done , we will all enjoy the ride and the company of those who attend.
