| Good Morning Georgia Posted: 3/7/2008 7:11:33 PM | I know it's two hours before morning starts again, but I plan on being asleep by then, and up and gone for MORE tires early, so I thought I'd post now. My thoughts? Why don't professors put details they want covered in an assignment in the guidelines up front, rather than wait until you're half way through with one phase to give them, or even better, after you've turned in one assignment and received a horrible grade for it? Just because it's grad school doesn't make me a mind reader! Dadgummit!
Okay, I feel better now! I've just been studying since about 2:00 this afternoon, stopping to drive home. I even read stuff while my hair was processing!
Tommy and I are going house hunting tomorrow. Once we get some repairs done on mine so I can sell it, we have to look for a bigger place for all those grandbabies! Hoping one of the ones tomorrow will work out! I have a new nickname, by the way...MeSu. (combination of mema and susu)
Sweet dreams! I think I'll go crash now!

| Good Morning Georgia Posted: 3/8/2008 4:41:40 PM | Good evening! What a beautiful day, if windy flippin' cold! I was supposed to see my sweetie today, but his city in Florida took direct hits from tornados yesterday, so he decided to stay with cleanup.
In the meantime, I planted 114 tulips, 24 Dutch Irises 12 anemones, and 3 climbing rose bushes. tomorrow I'll plant the 150 crocuses, 20 calendiums, budding pansies, 3 chrysanthimums, and 40 pink tulips....
Man... where am I going to PUT them???
|
| Good Morning Georgia Posted: 3/8/2008 5:19:39 PM | Good evening friends.
Zee, where did you plant all of those flowers?
And MeSu (cute name), glad you found this thread.
Hope to everyone here more often.

| Good Morning Georgia Posted: 3/9/2008 5:30:03 AM | Good Morning Everyone!
Did you remember to set your clocks up an hour?
I did and I love the new time. May take a few days to get used to the getting up an hour early but .... MORE DAY LIGHT HOURS!!!
Have a great day!

| Good Morning Georgia Posted: 3/9/2008 6:59:42 AM | Good morning everyone! Yes I set my clock forward nad it felt WEIRD waking up a 9 AM... I never sleep 'late' anymore!
As to where I put my flowers...
The red rose bush went in the front yard and the yellow one went in the front yard...
the pink rose push is to the side, between the kitchen and dining room window...
80 red Darwin Tulips are at the head of my driveway..
12 Queen of the night (black) and 12 Red impression tulips are in the HUGE container I will plant Sunflowers in come June....
8 Orange fancy tulips went in ANOTHER container on the driveway...
the Dutch Iris and the Anemones are in a long container on the driveway...
(I have a problem with the guys who mow my lawn... they don't LOOK at where they weedwhack! I"m goign to have to put up weedwhack free zone signs... they have done in my daffodils TWICE and my Mum is in hiding!)
I think I'm going to dot the yard with the crocus. I doubt they'll come up now... but next January/February they will. They tend to only bloom for a few days... and they are low to the ground... so they'll be quite cute.
Have NO idea where I'm goign to put the Pink tulips... I thought of putting them near the Pink rose bush... but there isn't a lot of sun there.... or maybe either going somewhere and getting either a truck tire for the yard or a big wood barrel container and planting them in it in the yard.
Am going next month to get a wood ladder for support for my Don Juan Climber... and get some cheery smaller pots to put on the ladder steps....
