I am using my correct user id and password trying to log in and it rejects my login. Make sure other Users are out of their Plentyoffish Account from the same Computer using the same Browser as you are trying to into your Profile.
Make sure your Browser's Security Settings are not too high.
First and foremost, ensure your Internet Options are in Order.
Delete your Cookies and Temporary Internet Files and make sure your Cookies are enabled: Browsers: How to Enable Cookies
Try to enter the E-Mail Address into the User Name Field you first submitted when you created your Profile as shown in your Mail Settings.
Click here to have your Password e-mailed to you. | |
This should allow you to to Plentyoffish.com and change your Password if need be.
