I thought with spring/summer right around the corner this recipe would come in handy for those of us that have family reunions or shin digs coming up.

1 - 160z. small elbow macaroni -- cooked
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/4 C of cornstarch
1/4 C butter or margarine
2- 12 oz cans of evaported milk
2 C water
1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese or
Pepper Jack cheese
3 C shredded sharp ceddar cheese
preheat oven 350'
Grease 13 x 9 pan
Combine cornstarch, salt, pepper in sauce pan.Stir in milk, water, butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture come to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.Stir in cheeses until melted. Place macaroni in prepared pan. Pour cheeses over mac and stir well. Bake 20-25 min or until bubbly.
Dig in and enjoy

Is the elbow macaroni precooked or hard before you bake it?
