Take a metal fork and prick holes in them all about . Place them on a micro safe dish and cook them for twelve minutes. Now for really moist potatoes you can wrap them in foil for a few minutes when they come out. Otherwise let them sit for a few minutes. Cut them open and dab some butter on them and then douse them with salsa Ohhhh Yeah that is a highway!!

| Salsa Taters Posted: 5/31/2005 9:06:56 AM | Love baked potatoes. For a little variety try cruising the salad bar at your local grocery store for some easy (and timesaving) add ins. No chopping or peeling and you can take only what you'll want and use. My favorites for this are a little chopped ham, broccoli, shredded cheese mixed into the smashed potato guts then reheated just until the cheese melts.
Ok make greek potatoes by adding in some feta cheese, red onion and chopped kalamata olives. | |
