Good guys

Ok, I have been seperated about 3 years and divorced going on 2. Why can't I find a nice guy who is employed (and I'm not saying anything against anyone who is retired or disabled, just talking about the losers who don't work and could), not an alcoholic, isn't psychotic and doesn't do drugs?????? I mean what the heck is this world coming to? I am a single mom, who works full time, volunteers on a fire dept., doesn't do any illegal drugs ( I am on some pain meds for back problems from a wreck, but I rarely take them) and rarely drinks. Isn't there just one nice guy out there to fit this description?? If so pleeasse contact me right away. LOL

Seriously, I have met the druggers, the drunks, losers who refuse to get a job and the rich and obnoxious. Everytime I meet a guy I think is great either he turns out to have one of these secrets or if he does fit what I'm looking for without any surprises he either turns tail and runs or turns out to be shallow and self-centered.

Isn't there at least one really great guy out there??? Like Julia Roberts tells Richard Geer in Pretty Woman "I want it all, I want the faily tale". Can anyone help me??

The fairy tale is a myth. There are only imperfect and flawed humans doing the best that the and trying to be happy while surviving each day.

If one can find 80% of what you want in a partner, the 20% can be negotiated both ways. If one wans and demands perfection in every area, they should look to the mirror and not be disappointed when the reflection fails in some of those areas as well.

Good Luck.

There are plenty of nice employed guys out there, but you wouldn't be interested in them. Trust me.
