I need some info on NJ High schools

Can someone provide me me about the names of the Best High Schools around a radious of 20-25 miles from Hackettstown area. Where would be the best type of High Schools in that vicinity. If anyone has some ideas about the High Schools in the Bedminster, Bridgewater area, that would be very helpful. Also how expensive are the Apartments in that area. Price is not a problem for me. I am willing to go as high as 1400-1600 or more if needed. I just need the names of the Best type of High Schools which mostly excel in Engineering/Science type of disciplines.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone sends me some links etc.
Thanks in advance.

*** If someone happens to be a High School Teacher in that area, I love to hear about her opinions....

Bridgewater has two high schools, East and West. Both good as far as I know. Avoid Somerville. Watchung Hills in Warren is tops in NJ, so is Ridge in Basking Ridge. Mostly houses in those areas, though.

One of the best ways to find out about the academics and class size is to go to the state website for the school report card

www.state.nj.us go to education department and there is a link for statistical data.

This should be helpful.

Bedminster goes to Bernards High which while ranked a bit below Ridge, is still one of the top in the state. I graduated from there and although the school is a bit small, it's excellent education wise.

Ridge I believe is still ranked in the top ten in the state.

The only rentals really if you need more then 1 bedroom would be condos in either Bedminster or Basking Ridge. If you would qualify, there is also a fair amount of low income condos in Bedminster within The Hills.

Rentals are usually about $2k+ tho and not sure how many bedrooms you would need from your post.

Its been a very long time since since Bridgewater has had two High Schools - East and West. East is no the Middle School and West is now the High School. BWTR Is huge and on its way d o w n h i l l - in my opinion... since i grew up here when it had two HS's - what happened to the competition on Thanksgiving???
