Posted: 3/30/2008 1:26:15 PM | I would like to thank every one for the response to the mass email I sent for this event. Honestly, I did not expect to get any responses. I have personaly answered at least 300 individual emails from members of the POF community. This has been alot of work so far, but will be worth it, as there are no events like this in our area, and the Balt/DC area has millions of people, of which a large percentage are single. While we may not find Mr. or Miss Right, hopefully we can net work singles, make friends, discuss the joy's of being working single parents(very sarcastic) etc. I dont know about you all, but a good portion of my friends are married, and while we are great friends, it is nice to "rub elbows" with other singles. Please make sure you do all you can to attend this event. Myself, and Maria hatched this idea, and would like to arrange more in the future. Booze cruise's, trip to Kings Dominion, Bowling tournament, Bus ride to Ocean City to visit Secretes, camping trip, white water rafting could be fesiable ideas................ATTENDENCE IS KEY!.....................Hope to see al of you Friday at Piv's...............Frank and Maria

Did you get the directions? I am definitely interested in the White Water Rafting trip in July. As for boat trips, my parents live on the water if you need help with that. My brother is a commercial crabber. We can always do crabs and drinks at my house one Saturday. We can play volleyball, swim in the pool and get in the hot tub later. See you on the 10th, Elaine | |

I am wondering if you are using nametags or a way of identifying who the members are of POF. I went to a POF/ LA Singles dance in November and never ended up meeting anyone from POF.
