Unfortunately I had to miss the last one as did many others, I hear, but I think Saturday is a good idea since most people are off all day and more rested than on Friday night after a long week. i'm looking forward to helping again with mach56 and freshstart2day.
i believe mach56 is in the process of negotiating music terms with the facility. LT, could you put your songs on here so we can have a master list for mach? iknow freshstart is pushing for bob seger and i'd like to hear the ohio players lol....

I vote for some disco too, the Salt N Pepper was great last time too. Just a thought after working the table last time for a shift..... we directed everyone to the tables with the balloons which was great, but if you want people to check in somewhere, that needs to be distinguished, like with another colored balloon or something? This way it is clear where the check in table is. I know everyone hates to wear nametags, but some did suggest at the last one perhaps tags with our user names on them? That way people know who you are and how to find you after? Also, maybe the list of user names signed up would be great, when they arrive circle or highlight them or something, this way other looking for them will know if they are present? I had more people email me after the dance but did not come up and meet me. Don't be shy, we are there to meet new people and make more friends! Laurie | |
