| Need Wilmington Date spot for date with amazing woman!! Posted: 4/1/2008 9:30:09 AM | I've been getting to know this amazing woman and I want to take her out for an awesome first date. I really don't want to lose this one. I'm don't need a loud activity or club as we both have a lot in common and should be able to converse plenty. Might be fun if it had a pool table even! Maybe if I could have two pieces of advice, one where you tell me an awesome place to take a woman for drinks, and secondly, if she is into it, an awesome place to take a woman for dinner. I don't want to stuff romaticism down her throat so I don't need the pressure of candlelight and violins. Are there any high end sushi places there?
Ok, I think you can see where I am going with this. I want to make it a memorable night, I should have no problem keeping up my end of that, but as we all know, the surroundings have to be right too. There is only so charming I can be at a Chuck E. Cheese on 1/2 price pizza night! LOL I need a great place.
Thank you in advance,
Oh and by the way, if she doesnt go out with me, go ahead and read my profile, and see if any of you would like to marry me LOL!

Pool table downstairs if the date is going well. Concordville Inn has live music on Wednesday thru Saturday nights to enjoy, nice outdoor terrance upstairs. Good luck.

Also Conley-Ward Steakhouse on the riverfront, particularly good during the summer. Sometimes they even have live music playing. & you can walk along the riverfront.
As for sushi places, I guess there's always Mikimoto's.

Harrys on the Riverfront is also nice. They have sushi and an oyster bar (can you tell I like seafood and sushi???).
I guess the most important question is what does your date like? You should be trying to find something she likes, then go from there. Any decent guy (I am not saying you are not) caters to his dates likes/wants/needs.
Sorry, but I am a little old fashioned when it comes to dating.
But hey, if you are buying sushi and oysters, I would be willing to wear a dress and change my name to Helen. LOL
