| Yummy Shakes/mixes Posted: 4/1/2008 5:47:11 PM | Got a blender? Haven't used it in awhile? Let's dust off the cobwebs and make a few delicious drinks.
Honeybee
This one has a few variations but are simply delicious:
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries 1-2 tbsp honey (for added sweetness) 1 1/2 cup Vanilla Soy Milk Optional: 1- 2 spoonfuls of banana berry burst or vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients. Makes about 3-4 glasses and is excellent for breakfast and if you're using the protein powder, post-workout. __________________________________________________ Simply Berrilicious Margarita

| Mouth-watering smoothie! Posted: 4/3/2008 12:31:05 AM | | Green smoothies. Any fruit smoothie you want, add a few handfuls of greens. I prefer a 10 oz bag of baby spinach. You get your greens, you taste nothing but the fruit. | |
