Got a blender? Haven't used it in awhile? Let's dust off the cobwebs and make a few delicious drinks.

Honeybee

This one has a few variations but are simply delicious:

1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1-2 tbsp honey (for added sweetness)
1 1/2 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
Optional: 1- 2 spoonfuls of banana berry burst or vanilla protein powder

Blend all ingredients. Makes about 3-4 glasses and is excellent for breakfast and if you're using the protein powder, post-workout.

Simply Berrilicious Margarita

1/2 cup Cranberry****ail
1/3 -1/2 cup Tequila (depending on how strong you want it)

Blend until smooth, serve immediately. Makes approx 2 glasses.

Peach frozen snap

1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup Peach juice

Makes approx 2 glasses.

I was banging a chick a bit back, and we would have this shake for breakfast.

Skim milk,

Yogurt,

Whey Protein,

Peanut Butter,

Banana.

Everything added to taste.

It was fantastic, her and the shake.

I made up this recipe for a smoothie that will have you drooling for more! My kids love them, as do all their friends. Here are my two favorite recipes. Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie

12 ice cubes
1 cup blueberry yougurt
3 cups milk, or more
2 pkgs sweetener or 4 tsp sugar
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Just whip it all up in your blender and serve.

Peach/banana Smoothie

12 ice cubes
1 cup peach yogurt
3 cups milk, or more
2 pkgs sweetener or 4 tsp sugar
1/2 cup instant banana pudding mix
1/2 cup or more of canned peaches or peach/orange mix

Whip up in blender and serve immediately.

Green smoothies. Any fruit smoothie you want, add a few handfuls of greens. I prefer a 10 oz bag of baby spinach. You get your greens, you taste nothing but the fruit.

Coconut-Pineapple Smoothie
1/2 pint Coconut sorbet, softened
1/2 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 small banana sliced
1 teaspoon coconut extract

Puree all the ingredients in a blender and serve - very tropical.
