Tartar sauce / relish salid dressing

I do a fair amount of cooking for others, and while trying to come up with a really good tasting tartar sauce, I discovered this gem:

Start with Hellman's Olive Oil Mayonaise;
add a goodly amount of relish
about a tablespoon of horse radish
a squirt or two of Tobasco Sauce.
two tsp lemon juice
basil, and parsley....

Totally distinctive.... and when I had a dish of it on the dinner table, one of my guests put it on her salid for dressing, and marveled over the distinctive flavor... I tried it, and LOVED it.. easy to make... and much less expensive as the commercially prepared dressings and tartar sauces

I do a milder version... no horseradish usually and I prefer to chop up the thick cut Bread n Butter pickles.

Normal relish is too fine and just doesn't taste right -- like other storebought stuff. I also mince onion in it.
