| WHO is more Promiscuous MEN OR LADIES ???????

I would think men are but recently i have found more ladies are more and more becoming the leaders in this area.
The only difference is ladies are quite better at not getting caught seeing there is no real way to catch them. With men you can at least smell the other ladies private parts all over the man.

Random Guy #1: Well I never cheat... so it must be women.
Random Girl #2: Well I never cheat, either... so it must be men.
Random Guy #3: Well I never cheat... and my wife of 5 years cheated on me with my boss. So that means women are whores!
Random Girl #4: Oh yeah? My husband of 65 years cheated on me with my best friend! Men are just sausages with feet! Oh yeah... I would never ever, ever cheat!
Random Guy #5: Women are still worse. I came downstairs this morning to find my fiancee giving head to the mailman in my doorway! Women will do anybody! Oh... and I would never, ever, ever, ever cheat! I'm of high moral standard.
Random Girl #6: Not even close... men are way worse. I am of extremely high morals, and I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever cheat. But the other night, I found out my husband was also having an affair with the mailman!
Random Guy #7: I am of an incredibly high moral standard. The Pope comes to me for blessings once a week. But a week ago, I came home from work, opened the door, and found my wife, my mailman, my boss, a stripper, and my dog in an orgy together, while snorting lines off of the naked body of a circus midget! Why, oh why can't everyone else be as pious as I?

But I'm happily attached now, and so will stay faithful. If there's a time I think about cheating, then is the time for me to think about rapidly becoming single.  | |

altho i think that we all know that some women take the opportunity to screw anything that they fancy and others are much more discriminating...

ADJECTIVE:
1. Having casual sexual relations frequently with different partners; indiscriminate in the choice of sexual partners.
2. Lacking standards of selection; indiscriminate.
3. Casual; random.
NOw with this in mind it s not about cheating as some posted its about being wild and having diff causual sexual relationships ..
To me id have to say with my thoughts back centuries ago men where more apt to have the higher amount , but today women are more open to be wild than before so id view its about equal . Now i will admit women are more sneaky about it and therefore seem to hide the fact that they are promiscuous but i believe it still equals out on both parts just my view .
just my thoughts

I think men are more promiscuous, they have less to lose biologically and culturally.
Women are biologically programmed to be less promiscuous because they invest so much energy [nurturing and developing the other human inside them] should they get pregnant. Guys just shoot a wad that they would have shot, anyway.
Then, because of this biological predisposition, society/culture developed a stigma that is MUCH harsher against women than men, would they become "promiscuous". And the actual level of promiscuity is also lower for women [society says so]: men who have 10 partners are "normal", women who have 10 are "promiscuous".
[I used 10 as a nice, round number, I don't really know the actual value that equals "promiscuous", since I don't think this way]
PS-- I agree women are better liars. I think it's an intelligence thing... | |

The ladies are quite good at getting caught and to the point where they dont even tell the GF about what they did the other nite in the backseat of a car lol...but i wont generalize the ladies, nor the men. So who is right and who is wrong ?

A woman who can have any man she wants usually still only wants one man, or at least one at a time. A man who can have any woman he wants usually has several. Since most promiscuous women have a habit of chasing the same few highly-desirable men, who become kind of super-promiscuous, so I guess it kind of averages out.
10% of men with >100 partners
60% of women with 15-30 partners
20% of men with 15-100 partners
40% of women with 15< partners
70% of men with 15< partners
That's kind of how I would parse it. | |
