Of course profiles can always be better, but I think it works quite well. I think you could expand it a little more to include who you are looking for, but it's written pretty well, with few punctuation errors, and interesting and appealing to read.
What are you possibly thinking not including a first date section?
Tried to rip apart a little since you wanted people to, but failed miserably. I like your profile too much. Just put in a first date section and it will serve you well.
Okay, one nitpick: I never like when words are put in all-caps like that, it makes it sound like YOU are REALLY PASSIONATE. Particularly when you are mentioning your penchant for collecting things, it's not the best idea to do, in my opinion. | |

Good thinking, Joe. You do realize the purpose of the whole forum is for people to review someone else profile and tell them honest opinion. We, regular reviewers, are not trying to date those people who ask for review. We want them to see how their profile comes across to others, and their potential matches will never give them such a review.

Well, OP, since that guy resurrected this thread, I decided to take a little look at your profile.
So, your headline says, "looking for a change." From..what? To what? This could mean anything, but it's usually not something good when it comes to female/male relationships. In other words, not the most inviting of titles, which should create interest and make the reader wish to read on.
Pics. Pretty girl, has kind of a "Christina Ricci as Wednesday Addams" vibe going on. Aww, would it KILL ya to smile? Just seems like the girl who wrote all the funny and revealing things about herself in her profile might look a little less...standoffish?
I'm not usually a fan of paragraphs all starting with "I", but you make it work. As far as your urge to collect things? Squash it. Nip it in the bud, while there's still time. Or someday wake up and found you've become the lady with 500 salt and pepper shakers shaped like lighthouses. | |

Very nice. I like what you’ve done with the place.
While the profile was an interesting read and made me smile in places I do see a fair bit of trouble. I generally don’t like pictures of ONLY a tattoo so my vote is to delete these. Of the remaining five, which are all virtually the same shot I’d keep number four and delete the remaining 6. Four is a really good shot of you and very complementary, not to mention the come hither look in your eyes. Use that as your main, as you’ll catch my flies with honey than with vinegar.
Your interests are okay, but you should add at least 10 more I’d say. Music and movies are givens so they really don’t count in your minimum dozen.
Your About Me section is cute but I think you could shorten up a lot of the factoids and cram them into a paragraph or two. It seems to start and stop a LOT. And the part about your collection compulsions was rather funny, but I’d say it is troublesome; I think they make a cream for this sort of thing.
While I like factoids generally I found you went a little overboard with them, and in the end I had no idea who you were other than a pretty neat girl. Take a solid paragraph, free from factoids, and describe your personality. You did an okay job describing your ideal mate but I think you could add a few more descriptives in there.
As far as I know we don’t have Dave and Busters here in Canada but I think I know what it is. They sound like a blast, so good choice. That choice will cater to many men here, which is a good thing for you! I was a little surprised to see your age filter set as low as 21 though, but to each their own.
Hope we can help you hone this sucker into a well-oiled machine.

Posted: 5/18/2008 1:06:56 AM | Dang!!! I really wish i didn't inject myself with herrorin this morning while wacking on my cd with Rolling Stones 'Paint it Black' on repeat. On looking at your profile i was just hit by a wave of 'I's dancing around me doing the hula hula and occasionally flashing me; the pervo's.
But other than that pretty good and I find it hard not to add a lot of Is when talking about yourself though it is the beauty of being able to go back and delete. This is a minor thing, sure guys will still message you either or but i'm in a moany mood lol

Someone mentioned your fairly uniform, and not frightfully attractive, photos. Agreed. A full-length body shot will indicate how Big & Tall/BBW plays out in your genes.
Age range seems a little broad, typed the former 28yo who dated a 21yo exactly once.
