As for me, no, I wouldn't date anyone who told me (because you never really know for sure) they've had more than 10 or 12 sexual partners.

she told me many stories and wishes to tell women that if they think their rich man is trustworthy, better think twice. she opened my mind about just how many prostitutes are really floating about and it dampened my view on women...if it isn't a fleecing from ordinary relationships, a more direct fleecing often occurs but good thing i don't use money in dating much to be taken advantage of but it also means less opportunities (i equate the use of money mostly for necessary expenses and little for entertainment). | |

I knew what she was when I met her, she made that quite clear. She was well educated, came from a good Christian middle class family & no I didn't meet her at work.
I never encouraged her, at times I tried to discouraged her. Mostly she would only work once a week & sometimes she went for months without working. I never caught any diseases from her, she was fastidiously clean & always used a condom (as far as I know) & I have no reason to doubt that.
She bore me two wonderful children, she did leave us a few months later & I haven't seen her since. That was thirteen year ago now. I am still in contact with her parents, who love to see their grandchildren from time to time.

Some people can be secure in relationships that their partners have sex with others for free, but not for pay? Seems hypocritical. I know of married porn stars, prostitutes, etc, that seem to manage just fine. Yet people look down their noses at them because they get paid to do what people do (and sites like this are around to facilitate) for free. Personally, I don't really see why anyone feels they have the right to judge what is or is not acceptable to others too. Just because YOU aren't comfortable or secure with your significant other doing that kind of thing DOES NOT MEAN that you can think, choose, or even attempt to understand how it can be ok for someone else. People make their own choices, they have to abide by the consequences of their own decisions. A situation that works for you might not work for the next guy, and his life might not be one you'd choose for yourself, but that certainly doesn't give anyone the right to look down their noses at others simply because they have different values or make different choices. It's entirely a personal thing.

If women fought hard, why is it women still want to be prostitutes?
As far as women selling sex because men will pay, that is ridiculous. Women, to even think of using sex for money, made it a point to ALLOW money be involved in the matter as opposed to doing it for pure lust or love.
Unless it's rape, women always have the final word as far as whether sex will happen. They are the ones making the rules. Men do what they can to get that precious vagina. No woman HAS TO take money for sex, but she WANTS TO.

Now, there is also something termed a distress sale, but surely that could be prevented with a little responsibility. From what I've heard of, most of the selling is not from distress but simply from wanting fast easy money!!!
A man could try to offer a woman millions of dollars. There is still no reason for her to go along with it. By the statement made by a user, women will sell sex because men will pay is inconsequential - it's solely up to the woman to use her body for anything outside of love (or lust). Money could be tempting - to those who uphold money over more just things of this world.
It's not demand that justifies the supply. The demand will always be there provided women will actually go along with it. If there were never any prostitutes and the first would-be prostitute was offered money for sex, what reason would it be for? For money, right? Is an exchange of sex directly related to sex? No. It's only related as long as WOMEN LOVE MONEY SO MUCH THAT THEY'LL DO ANYTHING TO GET IT!
By the users very own words, if women are seeling their bodies because men will pay for it reinforces the stance that women want a free ride in life without actually having to work for it. Is that what women support as a belief system? | |
