Or would you rather to wait for a message or an IM to be sent to you?
And what appeals to you more in a their profiles? | |

If I find a guy interesting I will send a short note if he responds then see where it leads.
But I get messaged from men I'll accept to be polite...then once I read his profile and find it unappealing it makes for an awkward situation. I think it's best to email so the person has a chance to read your profile | |

I send emails......rarely IM unless I know them better. Rude not to.

Posted: 5/7/2008 5:24:18 PM | My IM only works for those on my favorites list. If i didn't put them on my list, I don't want an IM from them just popping up any old time. I think it's rude to do that to people you don't know.
If a man doesn't know me, I think it's best to email me and develop a rapport with me first. If I then put him on my favorites list, he can IM me anytime he sees me on line. | |
