Posted: 5/10/2008 7:59:06 PM | Too short! After reading that, I don't have much to go on. Can you beef it up a bit with more information about who you are as a person, and what you are looking for? Women really do look to see what the gentleman is wanting, and if they match up with it, chances are they will message you.
You say, you aren't a couch potato, so if you aren't doing things constantly....What do you mean by this? Most people are not couch potatoes but don't feel the need to be constantly doing things. If I had to be constantly doing things I would hang myself in the closet. I am no couch potato, though. You should reword this.
If you are going to get one, it is spelled "Harley".
I am in Nursing, does that make me unique and goal oriented, as being a pilot does for you? I think I am unique to begin with and pursued Nursing because I am goal oriented. I don't think being a pilot makes you that way. This could also be reworded.
It has been said before and I guess it bears repeating: No one will ever admit to playing ''the game" nor will it prevent you from people trying to play you. This can also be taken out.
Re work it, and post back here. But it does need quite a bit of work. Oh, and pay attention to the typos. | |

Posted: 5/10/2008 8:05:13 PM | Huh, well when a woman reads this she'll know you're a student pilot. That's for sure being that you mentioned it several times. Great! How is this helping you generate interest from the opposite sex? It's not.
First off your profile structure is all wrong. You need an intro(hello), a body(talk about who you are) and a conclusion(what you're looking for in a woman). I don't see any of that. Just blah, blah, blah. You gotta work it dude! Make it "pop".
Spelling errors - You want a woman to think you're intelligent right? So proof read your work.
Pics - First one is toooo far away. Second one, you have shades on, can't see your face. You need a better head shot for your main pic.
That should get you started. Others will be along to give you some excellent (and much needed) advice.

1. Delete the photos. Then crop and enlarge the first photo and repost it so they can see you... Not the truck and not the 20000 acres of open land behind you.
2. DO NOT REPOST the RC car/sunglasses pic. Dude, what are you, 12? They want to see your face, not the sunglasses. And RC Cars? Come on, I have tons of them and run 'em all the time, but girls don't want to see me with them on here. The pics are the only way they can get a sense of who you are.
3. Take everything in the "About Me" section and move it to the interest section. EVERYTHING. The only thing in About Me that belongs is the song. Nothing else there tells about you. It's just a bunch of interests.
4. DO NOT POST how honest, caring, kind, sweet, sensitive.... and so on in the About Me, tell about yourself.... Describe what your looking for.....
I give up and I think you get the point... If you don't... Then go to user search and type... Cat Man Do Then go look at that profile... Yes, it's with spaces, that cat has an about me section that works... | |

If my read of it is correct, what he meant to say is "advice for" not "advice from". As in, he read advice given to other people who want their profile reviewed and saw if that advice applies to him. Right, OP? Did you just use wrong word in that sentence? | |

I'm really good at putting my foot in my mouth, which is why I have a hard time making a decent length profile. but more to the point, i tried a revamp, but it still needs more length to it, i already know. I alyways knew the pictures were bad for this, but i don't have any good "mug shot's" of myself. My camera isn't the best. i'm working getting a better one. What's an OP? | |
