Hi all,
If anyone would be kind enough to view my profile and then makes some comments on what I've posted I'd appreciate it

Lots of cleavage and the following in your interests: "eroticism, intimacy, romance, passion, sensuality, spicy, good times". This will attract a certain type of person, particularly the cleavage shots. If that is what you want, run with it, otherwise you may want to tone it down a notch.

Profile seems decent enough, covers the bases, well written, clear enough. Do yourself a favour and lose all of the smilies though, they detract from it severely. You may want to expand on the first date section a shade.

Good luck!

In addition to what Uncle Crazy said, couple more points

1) Bold is bad. Not as bad as all caps, but bad.
2) Some punctuation use looks questionable to me. But, I am not all that good with it myself, so take this with a grain of salt.
3) Couple minor text fixes in first sentence of first date - there is a "you" missing, and it starts in lowercase.

Hey Unc, a profile that includes "CBT" in the interests can't actually be "toned down". Save your typing efforts for profiles that are serious about what they're looking for.

Google is your friend. Look at the entry from the BME Encyclopedia. No effin' way I'm allowing that definition to show up on my profile's forum post history.

The only CBT I know of is cognitive behavioural therapy.

The CBT I'm referring to, goes with all the stuff that Uncle Crazy highlighted. It's a bit over the top and not safe for your at work computer.

people shouldn't be so judgemental, it may not be every one's cup of tea. I may not dig whatever it is you find fun. Live and let live!

Hey, I don't know who was being judgemental, but if that doesn't warrant a Yikes!, then I don't know what does! I agree, to each their own.

FFS! Thanks T. Where the hell am I supposed to find a warranty center to clean my laptop that won't see or smell the vomit all over the keyboard and assume it's vomit and not dust built up and coupled with moisture?! Why couldn't we just assume it was a therapeutic method and be done with it! My innocent eyes deceive me...

Did the OP actually have this on her profile in her interests are About Me text?! I guess honesty is the best policy when you are into freaky stuff like, so as to not give a guy a complex when she pulls out the vise grips with the testicle attachment on it. Aye.

don't laugh about it until you try it, many people are trapped by their inhibitions

I am fascinated by romance and CBT being on the same list of interests. Is there a romantic way of torturing a man's junk? Does one light candles and buy a dozen roses...then roast the poor guy's testicles over the open flame and grind the roses' thorns into his scrotum?

Frankly, OP, regardless of your unorthodox interest in genital torture, many men simply will not read beyond "eroticism" and "intimacy" in your interests list. This leaves aside the fact that introducing your interest in S&M activities from the get-go is going to cripple your chances of meeting a "nice man," who might be willing to experiment once he gets to know you.

What you have written in your "about me" leads me to believe that you'd like a man with more on his mind than just sex. Women on this site with nothing sexual whatsoever on their profiles complain all the time about being contacted by sexually motivated gentlemen. As a woman on an online dating site, you don't need to emphasize your sexuality unless you wish to receive messages from men who are interested in little else. I'm not saying it's fair, but it's mostly true.

I don't recommend you change anything though. You really think that you're going to find a man who's interested in a night of wine and romance followed by having his genitals twisted in knots? More power to you. My bet is that you're going to find a guy who wants one thing, but not the other.

Nobody's being judgmental. I my case, there's a reason why I noticed the acronym. As freaks go, it generally takes one to know one. The thing is, I also know that this isn't the website to look for those who share my particular freak. Doing so here makes you less edgy and more troll-y.

You want to be out, go ahead, BE OUT. Then you deal with the response in an upfront manner. Don't attempt to be clandestine and then criticize those who caught you and called you on it. We review profiles 'round here. Noticing shit like this is why we get the big bucks.

Earlier today (possibly last night) someone was pointed in the direction of adul tfre indf inde rdo tcom. You might want to take that same hint.

I am seriously uninhibited, and just because I don't feel like driving a spike through my mans ballz doesn't mean I am trapped. But thanks for the suggestion. I think.

wow

I love how those in positions of interest such as the OP tend to get defensive when people comment on it. OP, we are not laughing at you or condemning you for it. We are merely telling you like it is. You asked for a review and this about all we have to review on the matter. I do feel for the guys though that see the eroticism and sensuality and think "hot damn, this is the one" but don't know what CBT means until you have a deathgrip on their manhood and they are completely confused! Good luck to you... something tells me you might need it here. I personally thikn you need some leather shots in your profile to give a clearer indication of what you might be in to.

thanks to all of you for your valued input, some of which I will take to heart and some I will just discard. Either you get it or you don't and I will not engage anyone on what is or isn't a proper activity. Again thanks to all of you

Chicken.

If only you had the power to unring that bell. It seems that you're trying to dismiss the criticism of your profile as criticism of your freak. The truth is, the profile has a disingenuous quality. If we didn't notice, we'd be doing you a disservice. I'd no sooner do that than I'd screw your titties into a vice while ignoring your safeword.

not being chicken, i just don't feel like dealing with people's misconceptions here, some people get it, some people don't, I couldn't care about their views on the subject other than how it relates to the profile. I got some good feedback and some of the suggestions I used and the others I've ignored.
Take care

if you can't grasp how romance and cbt don't mesh that's an issue that I cannot help you with.
maybe you like to eat a type of food I find disgusting, but I won't call you a freak because you enjoy it. live and let live.

I see you edited it off your interests. Are you sure you're not a chicken? Be upfront if it's not a "freak" and it "meshes" with romance. Oh, I get it. I'm just not so sure you're comfortable with the fact that I do.
