Posted: 5/12/2008 11:19:22 AM | The gipsy mother who forced her daughter of 13 to marry a 14-year-old boy yesterday dismissed British values as irrelevant to her.
Mrs Renata Gural, 31, who is pregnant with her sixth child, said: "I'm not bothered what anyone thinks.
"I'll be the one who decides if my daughter is old enough to marry. Just because I live in Britain doesn't mean I've got to behave the way you lot think is right. I'll live my life the way I want and that includes the way I bring up my kids.
"I don't care what the neighbours think, or social services. It's not my problem people around here don't understand our culture and values."
Mrs Gural shares a cramped two-bedroom terraced house in East Ham, with 14 relatives. She does not make any of her children go to school, the family lives on benefits and pay no rent.
So at least there's one British thing she values - The Benefits System! | |

I am so tempted to write out a huge rant about this, but I do not think that would benefit anyone. So there short version, for your reading pleasure...

Posted: 5/12/2008 1:23:08 PM | Anyone coming to live in the UK should respect the culure they are coming into, the laws of the country and be able and willing to contribute. The only exception should be refugees, and they should be educated in the culture and language (if they don't already speak it) so that they too can contribute.
I'd definately say that giving pregnant teens a council place should be a no no. It also shouldn't be possible to live more comfortably on benefits than on a low wage, but unfortunately many people would be better off on benefits. Thankfully a great many would rather not live that way.
As for the woman in question, she should, by rights, be slung into prison for forcing a minor into wedlock | |

I suspect she was conveniently falling back on 'gypsy culture' - if you can call it that - as a way of explaining her efforts to get her underage offspring to procreate and produce even more kids. :-) | |

Yes it is illegal (marriage at under 16), even with the parents blessing! As we all know, so is sex at that age but I think it's a case of not if both are under 16? | |

The sex issue is secondary...the real issue is that she is breaking the law....the law of the country she chose to live in..the country she is more than happy to scrounge from.

Its UK the government who is to blame for this sad state of affairs for letting people

I don't belive the social services can't take any action if her off spring arent going
to school and for letting her daughter get married..or are they scared of upsetting her?

We have the distinct values of being the number one country in Europe for unmarried teen mothers .Its extremely common to see 14/15/16/17 girls with kids by more than one guy. So whilst i don't like this stupid woman.....

I highlighted to you that that same group do NOT fill up council houses or are known to scam the system despite our racism or have kids underage,or by multiple partners .
So if you see teen mums with kids by 5 different dads in pushchairs and you think thats good and British.........lol....thats another problem for you to deal with. I think its a disgrace.

They do it for years and years... in fact white collar crime like tax evasion is estimated to cost us, the taxt payer, nearly twice as much as what is paid out in the benefits system.
Of course its boring news....and deemed acceptable by DM readers, so its not mentioned.
