Posted: 5/12/2008 4:05:41 PM | ok... not a chef... but a cook for many years... am a good cook.. but tonight... you would not believe it.. had a wee bit of chicken tikka breast left over... so fried some mushrooms, onions, bacon and celerey and THEN added carbonarra(sp) sauce to it... and put it with rice... not the best of my idea's... ok.. not nice at all... what is your throw together meal with a disaster?
