May 13) -- Emanuelle Chriqui's photo shoot with GQ magazine got so steamy that Malibu police came by just to make sure things remained tasteful.
The 'You Don't Mess With the Zohan' actress explains the scenario as such: "I'm topless, and this cop car pulls up." What did the officer ask the photographer? "'Could you make sure that her areolas aren't showing?'"
Why is it that if a females nipple shows, it is considered obscene? Her whole boob can be showing but if the nipple is covered then it's not considered illegal. But if her nipple shows, it's illegal.
I don't get it. What is it about the female nipple that makes it so "scary"? | |

(1) When you see an exposed male nipple in public, do you get a hard-on? If your regular guy, the answer would be no.
(2) When you see an exposed female nipple anywhere, including in public, do you want to plot the shortest course to getting your mouth around that nip?
(3) When you start thinking about getting your mouth around her nip, then do you also start thinking ahead to the other enjoyably depraved things you want to do to her? If your regular guy, the answer would be yes to 2 and 3 above.
Most guys aren't going to start a riot over seeing some guy's nip in public because it doesn't do anything for them but the same cannot be said for seeing a woman's nip in public. The foregoing is the puritanical viewpoint the law must adopt to minimize any possible problems from the cave man types that cannot control themselves thus reducing our (the thinking man's) visual pleasure. To take a step further, suppose we could all walk around naked in public, don't you think that might cause a lot of criminal activity that might not occur if we were all clothed (rape, sex assault, unwanted touching etc.)? Yes, exposed female nipples are just the gateway to a complete breakdown in our society. Laws are often passed to avoid bad behavior of those that have control problems.
I don't think it is obscene and probably neither do most cops but they have to enforce laws to keep the cave-man types from hitting on the lure and throwing society into complete chaos. | |

Men walk around topless all the time and thier nipples are also used during sex. Women have better control when they see a male nipple?
