| Globespan?

I've seen the adds on TV so I checked out the site for flights to Glasgow, and was shocked that their flights were only half as much as any other airline. I guess my suspicion is that if it's too good to be true then it probably is. | |

I flew Globespan from Calgary-Glasgow return last year - the service meals inflight were ok, and it was awsome to have a direct flight.
HOWEVER, I paid in advance for a certain seat, and they changed the plane class that they were using without notification. Soooo... instead of a exit row seat in the middle of the larger plane, I had the very back seat (which would not even recline - very uncomfortable) on the smaller smaller plane. No amount of arguing would even get me my seat selection fee back.
So, just like any other airline - some good, some bad. But the price and convience could not be beat!

But, this same travel agent quoted me a ticket price that was about $300 higher than what I found online. So, who do you believe? I wonder if the better business bureau has any info. | |

I've never flown with then but all the user reviews I've read range from bad to worse.
Check out flyglobespan on airlinequality dot com and also the reviews on tripadvisor dot com for more info.
