not sure this is the correct place for this but here goes anyway ...

the main 'inbox' page is all squished up, with no delete message option,
all the other gallerry pages are squished too,
no smileys on the 'write message' page.

am sure i havent done anything to cause this, any ideas please?

You didn't specify what browser you are using but regardless, the easiest thing to try and correct an issue like this is to clear your cookies and cache. In IE it's Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies/Delete Files.

If you do this while logged in to your account and then refresh the page (pressing F5), you will be taken out and will have to sign back in.

Every so often web pages get horked when your browser tries to interpret it and simply clearing everything generally corrects the issue.

As a rule, I clear everything when I close my browser (Firefox can do it automatically) so I never have to worry about old data.

ok, have sorted it, kinda.
seems the adblock add on had something to do with it, tried unclicking a few which did nothing but disabling it has POF working perfect again!

Use in Conjunction with Hostman Ad Blocking File, since Firefox's Adblock Plus is pretty well
limited to Graphics, causing the Page to shift if the Advertising URLs are also not blocked.

During Installation, Choose a Filter Subscription ... select to install them all.

Should some Ads/Pop-Ups still make it through, block the following:
secure.img-cdn.mediaplex.com
clk.atdmt.com
Properly executed, along with »» Remove It Permanently and Flashblock Firefox Add-ons, with all unnecessary Junk removed, your Forum Page should look something like this:

In this Fashion I save myself better than 2 Miles of scrolling annually.
