how do I remove someone from the my viewed my profile section?
I assume you mean those Thumbnail Images of Users at the top and Bottom of your 'E-mail'.
They are the most recent Users checking their E-Mail, based on your saved Default Online Settings.
(And if you meant the Viewed Me Section, the System removes them after (30) Thirty Days and/or rolled off, replaced by newer Users.)
In either Case, no User-based Option exists to remove Anyone.
Are they on there forever or do they go away after a period of time?
These Thumbnail Bars in your E-mail/Inbox can not be disabled.
